VAL MISTER spots a circle snippet on TV text news...


Thought you might like to know that there was an item on page 324 of Teletext today [UK English TV text service] about crop circles.

In case you missed it, it read:

"A crop formation made up of 22 linked circles has mysteriously appeared in fields near an Oxfordshire castle. The circles, discovered near Uffington Castle, are joined by lines cut in the field to look like a curling tail with dozens more lines fanning out from it. Crop circles were officially recognised as a phenomenon in the UK in 1980, but have been seen by farmers for generations."
